When and Where to Vote! Participatory Budgeting Election Schedule

by Ryan Watson on

After months of work community volunteers have developed more than a dozen project proposals – ranging from school improvements to street trees – and now it’s time for local residents to take their pick. The participatory budgeting elections will be held at various locations listed below from April 1 – April 7, 2013. Voters only need to be a resident of City Council District 33 and will be able to choose their top five projects to fund. Proposals that receive the most votes will get funded until the $1 million in funding is allocated. Thanks to Council Member Stephen Levin (and his staff) for arranging this inaugural year of PB in our district!
